Joaquin Emilio Zapata Muñoz

Born in San Vicente, Antioquia, Joaquin Emilio Zapata Muñoz earned a Bachelor’s degree in Voice from the Faculty of Arts of the Universidad de Antioquia in Medellín, Colombia and specialized in Arts with emphasis on Choral Conducting. Master classes and conducting courses with Gustavo Yepes L., Cecilia Espinosa Arango, Elizabet Mezzaros and Wernard Pfaff. Voice teacher at Faculty of Arts of the Universidad de Antioquia. Teaches at EAFIT University in Medillin, Columbia and for Choral Net. Sung at national and international competitions with the Arcadia and Tonos Humanos choirs.
